Asking the right questions upfront

Sitting down and asking all the right questions is the start of the project. Using sticky notes and white boards, we identify key areas of any project including understanding buyers in specific areas. Clients and customers need to be a part of the process, using insights from local real estate professionals, legal experts and potential buyers is all part of the process.

The three houses have all sold quickly, mostly because we have designed and developed each based-on buyer knowledge. 

 

 

NC mountain house 

5 bedroom, 3.5 baths, 3500 sq ft

The house built in the early 80's needed some TLC and a refresh before putting this on the market to sell. In a market of second home buyers. There were fundamentals to consider, but overall the project needed to depersonalize the space and upgrade the most common areas in order to compete with newer and more modern houses on the market in this gated community.

Florida Beach House

2 Beds, 2 Baths, 1050 sq ft

This oceanside condominium was built in the 80's and following a devastating flood had to be totally renovated. Using an outside firm to complete the project, it was listed and sold in one week.

This condo has a large ocean front balcony along with swimming pool and ocean side gazebo

Cape Cod uplift

1 Bed, 1 Bath 390 sq ft

One of four condos in a renovated traditional Cape Cod clapboard house, this resort home needed an uplift following a rental period. New appliances and a fresh coat of paint worked wonders but the refresh was mostly about replacing faded and out of date furniture and accessories with more current pieces. 

This condo has a large private patio at the back of the house which overlooked the gardens and communal dining space.
